ICYMI: International Women’s Day

In case you missed it, International Women’s Day was on March 8th. To celebrate, the Feminist Ambassador Brigade held an event in partnership with the University of Minnesota Women’s Center, Women for Political Change, and Bohemian Press. Students, faculty and community members participated in activities such as feminist button making and a photo booth, all while eating cake and other treats. A student from International Student and Scholar Services provided an interactive activity highlighting the ways in which people around the world celebrate International Women’s Day.
