We invite you to join us in making the world better, by taking a weekly action with the Women’s Center. Once a week, we’ll share an idea or two here, to help you get connected to resources to get involved, take action, and find community.
This week, we encourage you to browse this resource for When Your Partner Has Anxiety: A Meltdown Guide, which provides helpful insight into anxiety and how to help a partner in crisis. Although this does not act as professional mental health advice, it is a great starting point to think about what might work for you and your partner, in addition to whatever professional help you may need (check out the Student Mental Health website to learn how to get support on campus).
Take care of the people around you during these stressful political times and remember to practice self-care with yourself, as well!
As we continue to post these weekly actions, you can click here to find previous posts.
Thank you for all that you do to make the world better!
